Bridges Enterprises Inc. ("Bridges," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us when you use a form on this Site, such as the vehicle inquiry form or the financing / trade-in request form. That may include:

• Your name
• Phone number and/or email address
• Any message or details you type in, including what you are looking for or what you would like to trade in

We do not ask for or collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers through this Site. If you apply for financing, that information is collected separately, directly by our financing partner or in person, not through this website.

We also automatically receive limited technical information common to all websites, such as your browser type and general request information logged by our web server for security purposes (for example, to detect abuse of our forms).

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your question about a specific vehicle
• Follow up on a financing pre-approval or trade-in request
• Contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry

We do not use your information for automated marketing campaigns, and we do not sell your information.

3. Cookies

This Site uses a small number of cookies required for it to function:

• A session cookie used only when a staff member logs into the admin dashboard, to keep them signed in. This cookie is not used to track visitors browsing the public site.

We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking cookies on this Site.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Our own staff, to respond to your inquiry
• Service providers who help us operate this Site (for example, our hosting provider), solely to keep the Site running
• Law enforcement or other parties if required by law

5. How we protect it

Form submissions are stored in a database that is only accessible to authorized Bridges staff through a password-protected admin login. Administrator accounts are protected with hashed passwords, and can additionally be protected with two-factor authentication. The Site is served over HTTPS in production.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to follow up with you and for our business recordkeeping. You may request that we delete your information at any time (see Contact us below).

7. Your choices

You can choose not to submit a form on this Site, and simply call or text us instead. If you have already submitted a form and would like your information corrected or deleted, contact us using the information below and we will honor your request.

8. Children's privacy

This Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
